New Hampshire's outdoor recreation economy represented 2.6% of the state's gross domestic product (GDP), ranking in the top 10 nationwide, according to 2020 data released by the U.S. Department of Commerce's Bureau of Economic Analysis. The Granite State’s $2.2 billion outdoor recreation industry employed over 26,500 people in 2020.
